A Sound Journey is a 45-minute meditative experience. You will hear an assortment of powerful sound waves made by live acoustic instruments, some of which you may have never heard before. Prepare to close your eyes, breathe, and slip into a deep relaxation. We will provide a cozy space for you to lay so all you need to bring is you.

Private sessions are held outside of our home Sound Space for a group of up to
